Erik and Ed are great to deal with. I was impressed by the Taigen when Karen first saw them at the AAF Tank Mus and from Tony Ogelsby in Greensboro. Bill and I had a blast with them at the WRAM show a few weeks back. I got my late tiger from him there.

I sent you a PM Gabby about the NJ tank club.

I am new to RC tanks and not a hobbyist ; yet . Erik has been very patient and professional . I have never had better service and customer support - from anyone. My buying spree has hit #4 and counting . It is Taigen - Imex for me . Many thanks to Erik.

Wow, many thanks everyone! I try my hardest to make sure everyone is taken care of, retail or dealer. Later today btw I am going to open up the Abrams and Chally and get some inside pictures. I just have to finish up something first and eat lunch and then it is first on my list!

Its nice that when you have an issue, you get a person on the phone. And not having to feel like a fool when describing the issue
that you are encountering is important.

We all have to start somewhere, no one likes to be talked down on because they don't have X amount of experience. I am a competitive gamer and I have ran more than a few guilds and I always find helping the newbies the most rewarding. You never know when the newbies turn into power players
