Found the store page:

http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=...ne=taobao_shop

Listed for 800.00 Yuan, or about $130 USD. I imagine it will about about the same price as the Leo 2 once retailers in North America receive them.

I emailed Mato and they said that they will have the M1 in stock my mid-December. Just in time for X-mas!

Cool, but you'll need more than just shelving for that 1/35th Dora.

I know you know what I mean or you wouldn't have bought it... it's HUGE!

Hey Jeff it's only 1/72 that's almost 44" long. Me house is not big enough for the 35th scale monster, I think it's close to 7 feet. Where would I build it and display it.The work bench is only 4 feet to work on and a small room.

Well there goes your BR52 pulling two Leopolds diorama (at least I think I see the Trump loco poking it's head out).

I sold a 1/35 Dora when it first came out and have seen them built up at AMPs, that's one hell of a kit. Even the 1/72 is a moster that I plan to tackle one day.

That's a bit harsh isn't it.
Does this make me insignificant as well buddy?

Yes the Abrams is a battle tested tank. I would think it will sell very well.

Looks good. But, they need some Ts (T-72, T-80, etc) so that the Leopard and Abrams have some opponents. The ZTZ-99 just isn't going to cut it...not as ubiquitous as the T-lineup.

I am looking forward to the abrams too. I bought the hobby engine one a few years back and was disappointed by the rubber band tracks. It will be nice to have one equivalent to my ztz99a to battle with.

Have me Abrams stash ready and start all over again for the Chally 2. Just wondering the tracks for the Leopard 2 and the Abrams look the same, would the Leo tracks fit on the Abrams? Would the Chally be the same?

I will be getting two. Perhaps a Chally II when it comes out as well. Now where can I find a T-72 for them to play with.

On the Abrams and Chally I got, they both had the same tracks... They were also the same HL Leo 2 tracks. These were pre-production models so they could of changed them but I doubt it.

Totally uncalled for. I know this may seem hard to believe, but the market in the US is many times greater than the UK. This ain't 1780 anymore. The Abrams is much more known than a Challenger. Over 10,000 built and the face of two wars in the middle east. I would be shocked if the final numbers didn't represent a huge disparity between sales of the two models with the Abrams way ahead. I plan on buying both, but I will get the Abrams first as will many others...

Lol, we all have our preference and that is why this hobby so great. To the people who felt Rivitcounter's post was harsh, I took it as a a joking statement whether it was or not. I was j. The army and deployed along side some awsome British soldiers. Back and forth jabs were always traded as to who had better stuff, but at the end of we had fun and fought with each other side by side. .....Still glad the Abrams is first
