Default Fury's "Lucy Sue"

Been building one of the other tanks from Fury. She's not 100% accurate but is in the same style as the film. Mostly done now, just need to start weathering.

SWEET! I'm contemplating purchasing a HL Sherman.... And now after viewing your pic, I might just get it!
Are you planning to build the remaining 2?

I'm afraid there's not a lot of HL on this one, she's a real mongrel. Mato lower, modified Tamiya hull, modified HL turret with scratchbuilt mantlet.

Oh I didn't mean to imply they were totally HL's. Just that after viewing your Shermans, I now have a liking for them... and of course after watching the film. It's a very nice build.. Good work...

No worries Tundar, I was just worried you'd get a Sherman expecting a 75mm one...
As you've probibly guessed I'm a big Sherman fan, and the HL one is a cracking model. My next build is mostly HL but I'm going to be modifying a Mato turret to make a M4a3 76mm.....

What is the difference between a mato and a HL? Other than the "All Metal" Mato tanks, I thought that mato just sold upgraded HL tanks?
