Servo recoil with Tamyia electronics can be accomplished with the recoil board from tank hobby. RC tankhobby

That is really cool. Can you post a bunch of photos of the set up? Did you fab up the rear breach yourself with the sliding skid and stuff?
What brand of turret is that?

Clark. I am ready to purchase it. To be clear, I can use the two servos that are already in my Mato M4 tank correct? If so, do the instructions show how to use and transform these existing servos? Let me know.

Our upgrade kit is designed to work with the servos that are in Mato RTR tank, so you can reuse it.

Clark

Will that recoil board from RC Tankhobby work with the RX-18?

No, RX-18 have no servo recoil port.

Instructions? Hahahahahahahahahahahaha

RC Sherman, my friend, you have just touched on my biggest pet peeve about this hobby. "Instructions" is a word not found in the vocabularies of the people that make this stuff! If you're lucky you'll find something online, but the first time I buy a new upgrade for one of these tanks and an actual instruction sheet falls out of the box the very next thing to fall will be this old hippie when his heart locks up and quits from the shock.

Will these work in the Taigen Tiger I Early and Taigen Sherman? Will there be room in the mantlet for the IR LED? Will they still be able to use the Barrel Flash? I would buy a couple if they did. I hacked a barrel recoil in the Sherman over the week end, not much room up there and not sure how to do the Elevation, this looks alot better, and easier on my side. Work is very busy now, I would like a PNP system. Does a distributor sell these or do we buy them right from Clark?

This board can probably be used with an Rx18. The board itself is the servo control. To hook it up you need a positive, negative and a trigger pulse. I would think you could use the pulse that lights the flash LED to be this trigger pulse.

There are hook up instructions on the webpage, and it appears all it requires is a positive pulse to trigger,

Servo recoil and elevation unit for Taigen Tiger is still under development, need few more weeks before MP. not plan to do servo recoil and elevation unit for Taigen Sherman now. we only have Mato Sherman, instruction is here: http://www.clark-model.com/eng/kit_1...o_m4/index.htm

IR unit for IR LED is here:http://www.clark-model.com/eng/prod_ir_unit/index.html

I was looking for a board that would take the signal from the micro switch to activate the recoil servo. That looks to be what I was looking for.

Are those STL files to be down loaded or are you sell the parts themselves?
