Possible diorama idea ?????

I had been wondering why I hadn't seen any posts from you lately, Rex. I'm really glad you're OK and I hope you're completely recovered in no time at all. Your guidance and advice have been sorely missed while you've been gone. I can't wait to see what you think about my last video in the AA Bulldog project. It's getting really close, so I'm hoping you'll have some input.

Hay Rex, sorry about your mishap. Just like a tank taking a dive from an elevated surface, fix it with superglue, check to make sure everything works, repaint, and send home. They did repaint didn't they?

Glad you are on the mend. CA holds your tanks together, why not you too? Bummer you got hurt, keep getting better.

I'm happy to say I had the honor and pleasure to bring Rex back home to his lair this morning. After seeing him settled in and chewing the fat for a while I left him
to his designs. It took some while for my eyes to return to normal after gazing upon row after row of his handiwork....
Rex, be careful over there....

I think I'm going to keep my day job ----- I don't think I will ever be able to make a career out of doing dioramas. This is the best I could do without real snow (a white bath towel), and the Antarctic landscape (dirt and a rock from my yard). I just couldn't wait until it snows to go to Colorado for a realistic background in Pah co chu puk country. The color of the rusted stuff in the real photo didn't look real to me --- it was too red, so I used my artistic talents and color coordination skills to cheat and just use a bottle of paint that said "Rust" on the label. I think I got the color of the snow pretty close too (but I didn't have to paint the bath towel).
