They still have the inherent misalignment issues that come with all HL gearboxes, and are in all likelyhood made in the same factory. Adding ball bearings to misaligned shafts doesn't fix the underlying problem.

To go back to the rant about TankArmy, and further to my previous comment:
They have since called me a 'failure' for putting a HL part on a WSN tank. They seem hung up on me using a different model and that makes it OK to send incorrect parts, though they won't accept that there is a difference.
They have also said one of them is going to come all the way to UK from Australia to "resolve all your problems" face to face...........really?? LOL!

I'm surprised they even shipped to you - all of their ebay items I have looked at say "will not ship to UK"?

They sound like a lovely bunch to to do business with...

Bizarre, perhaps that is due to the fees eBay introduced for shipping. They charge AU$23 minimum (about US$17 or £11) so fees on that are a bit much.
Otherwise could be a product of me being such "a defiant buyer" so they will no longer do business with Brits.

TBH they aren't that bad, just when you have an issue they seem to not be able to accept any blame - it's all the buyer's fault!

I think we should open "The Erik Edwards University on How to Perform Customer Service" and make it mandatory that ALL our vendors get a degree.

Very good to know.

I get a kick out of vendors that act as if they are doing everyone a favor.
