Default which radios have dual self centering sticks?

I have been on HK looking at radio systems, this may be a "NOOB" question, but how do I know which ones self center? I find nothing in the item descriptions?

thanks everyone!

Very few do. You have to buy the parts and mod them yourself.

None stock besides Futaba Attack that I know of.

Futaba sells kits to alter theirs and the new Spektrums have a built in adjustment as opposed to changing an arm and adding a spring (I suspect to make it friendly to quad helis).

Maybe HK sells Orange or Turnigy that are being marketed towards drones.

Parts for the HK T6A can be bought for under $8.00 to make the ratchet stick self centering

If you don't want to make the alteration yourself a lot of the dealers offer radios that they modify for you. Ian Judge and Kevin Grannum offer that service, and maybe Nathan at RC Tank OKC. But it's seriously easy to do. I think I have a video somewhere of me doing it, and if a Gomer like me can handle it anybody should be able to.

I'll get back to ya on that video.

Hey Watchguy, you may already know all this, but if not you may find it helpful. This is the Hobby king HKT6 6 channel that I use to run my clark and IBU2 boards. It's under 40 bucks with shipping included. What state are you in?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hIg1bZVeLL8 After I made this I had to open the radio again and do what I forgot to do in the video. Can ya catch it?

Remember that Joe's great fix is only good for that radio. Most radios need the self centering lever and spring. If you can't see the video I posted here try watching it on youtube, or go to my youtube channel and scroll down till you find the video titled Part Two. Hope that helps.

I have personal experience with Spektrum DX6, DX8 and DX9s and they all have self center sticks for the throttle stick. User selectable via a screw adjustment...without opening the radio.

Of course, you can open most radios up and do the mod yourself, but it will void the warranty.

I believe the stock Tamiya 4 channel radios come with self-centering sticks.

Actually I think I made that video for Joe. Could be wrong about that. Did you watch part one? That talks more about the HK radio, and yes, the one in your link is the one I have. In fact, I ordered another one just this morning. And a Mobius! Yee Ha!

Here's the video about the radios
