Default Radio Question

Can't seem to find an answer to my question anywhere so I thought I would ask here. Does the Futaba 4YF 4 have self centering sticks, both right and left? Thanks

3 of the 4 channels are self centering. Not ch 3 (left stick) which is usually used for throttle on airplanes so it's a ratchet. Sorry for the confusion.

You can get the arm and spring needed to make it self centering via aftermarket. AAF tank museum carries them. It literally takes 5 min to install.

Thanks again, they have a good price on the radio as well. The reason for all of this. I just received my new Tamiya Panther kit. It came with a 27mgz radio instead of the 2,4G. Problem is, I wrote to Banzai and asked if the tank came with the 2,4 radio and they told me yes it did. Surprise. It came with Attack 4ywd that has both sticks that self center. I just don't like that big long transmitter antenna.

Yea, know what your saying. I converted my am 27mhz radio with a rubber ducky years back when I used one.
Something like this, though don't see the base on this listing to install on the TX.

Or contact Smiley antenna, they could probably hook you up with what you need if you want to go this route.

guessing you may have gotten one of their older inventory before they switched to 2.4 radios.

Thanks for the links. I've written to Banzai about it and included the email I received from them saying ALL of their kits now come with the 2.4Gig radio. Lets see what they offer, if anything.
