Ersatzteile Pantiger Infanterie-Unterstützungswaffe
According to my personal translator, Herr Google, he says that the title translates to ---- Spare parts Pantiger Infantry-support weapon.
You can call this what you want to, but the technology to build an electrically driven 20mm Gatling gun was available during WW II, and I am absolutely sure this is what it would have looked like if it had ever been built ----- out of spare parts found on the battlefield ----- by brain damaged troops.

That would have been a game changer on the Eastern Front.
It's also the best use of a Pantiger I've seen yet. Even better than the gunpowder stuff I did to mine for movies.
You are defiantly leading the way.

Hi Rex
It's definitely an improvement on the standard Pan Tiger.
But I think you've missed something - the humungous trailer for the ammo supply.
As is you've got about enough space for 20 seconds of twin Gatling gunnery, hope you packed your shovel?

Hex Rex is that a grill and wet bar on the rear panel of that tank? For a lull in the action the crew could have a
tailgate party while listening to the Siegfried Cup playoffs.......

I thank all of you for your encouraging comments to keep me building goofy stuff. Sometimes I think I should see a hobby therapist and get some counseling about my problem, but I have too much fun being silly in my old age. Senility can be good if you work it right.

Next time I will post a spoiler alert and warn evrybody. The California Highway Patrol could use your cruiser once in awhile.

Ya want an ammo trailer? Take yer pick -----
Jerry
Ya nailed it! The BBQ grill was cut from the rear engine deck of a 1/35 King Tiger. The green tanks on the side are old Bic lighters that will become exhaust mufflers after they serve as propane tanks for the BBQ grill. The 4 round grey tanks are the draft beer kegs. What ya do with the bucket depends on how much beer ya drink.

My spare parts box is getting pretty empty. I may have to resort to building something that actually existed in real life. I have a long list of WW II British, French, Italian and Japanese bucket list projects to do someday.

The answer concerning the availability of ammo for the Gatling guns is simple. In the movies everyone uses an automatic weapon of some sort. In the shooting scenes the only thing that ever gets hit is steel girders, hand rails, walls, or cars. Everybody has a weapon that is equipped with a 10,000 round magazine. This tank uses the magazines made in Hollywood.

Hi Rex
Re the trailer - it should be armoured - have the crocodile flame thrower trailer shape in mind, but should be much bigger - like the FV2721 AVRE trailer.
What - a Hollywood cop out? For shame....

Jeez, I thought the two blue tanks were filters for the interior of the tank when the crew got ahold of an excess of beer, brauts, beans, and of course sourkraut. Dennis

Someone posted it here (probably you!) a while back and I saved it. I also have that gold one with the plastic candle flames around here too, gotta find it...
