Default 1/16 PzKpfw II Ausf F

Still need to do the electronics and the track tensioner (the idlers are sitting a little high in the photos) and may redo the tracks sometime as these look a little chunky.

Now we're talkin'.

Beauty.

The tracks may look a bit clunky, but they're stronger like that. They aren't too out of scale and a little caked mud would blend them in fine.

Any problems using the Tamiya gearbox? I use those for 1/35, I'm just curious if they hold up under a bigger load.

I want one, the tracks are fine. I am not sure they would last if the were more fine in detail.

Great work! Can't wait for this technology to become more mainstream and a whole catalog of vehicles to hit the scene!

Thanks - I made some Bren Carrier tracks after these that are a lot finer and still pretty strong.

@edoubleaz - When I see all the 3D printed stuff that has come into the hobby in the last year and a half I think it won't be long before we're going to be spoilt
for choice. Not sure the printers will become mainstream but they'll be something a lot of modellers/gamers will have or have access to. Once 3D design and printing is taught in most schools and colleges then things are really going to take off.

Awesome work Warren. I agree with the others that the tracks look damn fine. Love the leaf spring assemblies!

Can't wait. My engineers at work just modified a custom CNC with printer heads. Imagine 4' x 8' when they get up to speed!
