Unfortunately, I don't have anything nearby that comes close to beautiful scenic landscapes to use as a photo background. The best I can do is a bare dirt Benicia backyard. So ---- here's 42 inches of fun with a fern.
Hey --- I never said I was good at photography

Today is a special day for the Queen of England (and me) that comes around every year. We both get a year older on April 21st.
This year I finished my M26/M15 recovery rig in time to put a special load on it --- and then I'm going to set fire to it. Thankfully, I have a fire cart and fire engine standing by this fire hazard just in case. The cake is not 1/16th scale

I goofed --- my error -- excuse me!

OK ---I fixed my goof ---
I got to thinking about a small detail on my trailer that I could have made operational.
On the side of the Bruder trailer that I converted are swing out extenders that could have planks put down to make the trailer bed wider. These are molded into the plastic frame. I did a Google search to see if I could find a photo of a trailer with those extenders swung out with planks on them.
Here's what I got ---
https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#s...trailer+images
I have to admit I was surprised and I wonder how in the heck does this happen? Who does this? Why?
If somebody is looking for accurate information --- they are in big trouble if they use my model as a reference!!!

I would like to thank you all for your kind comments about my efforts to build models and enjoy this fun hobby in my past postings. I have slowed down a bit and have 6 projects I have about 50% done, but just can't seem to find the hobby time. Other things keep getting in the way. For a few years I have been involved with fixing some wear and tear and battle damage to something else that needs rebuilding --- me. I gave up smoking two packs of cigarettes a day, said goodbye to my old friends, Jim Beam and Jack Daniels, and changed my lifestyle enough to loose 100 pounds in the last two years. I hope to get back to working on some projects I started 2 years ago, now that I have taken some time to try and extend my time on this planet in better health --- 2 weeks ago I turned 79 and looking forward to 80.

That’s a very good shift at 79/80 years old! The weight loss is a bonus and will make you feel a lot fitter. Good job!
Ive always been amazed by your builds - I can’t scratch build that well so end up buying parts or 3d printing.

Wow very Cool Rex!!! Great to see you have let some things go to stay with us longer!!! I am working on the weight thing as well. I was at 305 and now I ma done to 265 and falling. Just losing 40 pounds has allowed me to walk at least 2 miles a day for exercise without pain. My target is 200 by the end of the year!!!
