nice. For the tamiya sherman kit do you simply need a conrroller and reciever to get it running and does it hv barrel recoi? I also heard that nick's kit needs some work to make it recoil is that true?? anyway terrific work

Hi! Yes, for Tamiya is needed just receiver/controller. It's not an Aquilars kit. I have the Tamiya recoil unit installed in the turret, but I need Pershings MFU to get it work...

I think Imex is coming out with a 76 version Sherman sometime in the near future. One of those will be my next WWII project. I like Shermans but up till now they have taken too much custom and conversion wok to get the ones i like. With a good 76 variant as base the possibilities are much greater for me.

The forest pics are so well done they could pass for scenes the director decided to omit!

Yes, for the Tamiya You'll need a conrroller and reciever. But it doesn't have recoil. Only M51 modification does, as I know. Nick's kit needs some more work to do. In to the Schumo kit all goes in witout any problems...

Default Awesome Sherman.

WOW. I guess I missed your build the first time around, it is fantastic, one of my favorite Shermans for sure!
