Default Taigen Panzer III & Panzer IV Preorders Now Starting w/ Bonus Charger :)

Hey tankers!
Ok so the PIII and the PIV are floating now across the pond Preorders are starting now for them on our site. Both will arrive at the same time and both will arrive with the new electronics in them as well. We will have also a small initial stock of the new electronics systems too. I'll make sure and keep everyone updated as well as cross platform compatibility (old hardware with new hardware such as IR and transmitters) here very soon. As a special bonus for a limited time, if you preorder your PIII/PIV tank you can get a free IMEX MX2 20W 2A charger and if you do it this weekend you can score free shipping too (free shipping through 8/7 on orders $75+).

Both tanks are available in either airsoft or infrared versions (infrared version will feature barrel recoil). Our ETA is mid/late September, but we are hoping for more mid more than late. We will keep everyone updated as the release gets near and provide arrival dates too of course. I should be able to make some kits soon if you guys are interested, just let me know and I'll see what I can do about adding it.

Also please let me know if you have any questions!

Looking good. Looks like the return roller on the PzIV was fixed. Do both the PzIV and the PzIII have metal idler adjusters?

Also, how much for the new electronics? And, does it still have the track recoil? If so, can it be turned off?

Will they be offered in kit form without electronics?

They should copy the same "arc" of the mudguards, with the middle roller higher than the front and rear ones. They were not aligned on the real thing.
But maybe they have been put correctly, I'm not 100% sure from those pictures.

Yes, the PIV will have the fixed return rollers. The idlers will be adjustable on the PIII but not the PIV at this time. New electronics pricing will come soon. I'm working on adding a few new things on the website now actually. Track recoil is still there and will remain there until a new feed system is designed or developed. The recoil is needed to help feed the BBs reliably. There is no option at this time to turn the track recoil off.

It is possible yes. There isn't much interest in kits these days, most everything is RTR. Which one are you more interested in?

The return rollers for the PIII are pretty close as far as I recall. Here is a picture of the older return rollers and the new ones. Probably just the angle of the photo? My bad on that one

I usually end up replacing the mfu with an aftermarket product and usually add some more weathering to the existing paint job but at times I repaint the entire tank.

With that in mind, I think it would be nice to have the option to order any of the tanks you offer either painted or unpainted and with or without the mfu.

Well, that explains the reliability issues I have with the Taigen guns I used to upgrade/replace the HL guns on my PzIII and PzIV. I didn't connect the "recoil switch" to the MFU and sometimes they feed and sometimes they don't. Sometimes, they "double up". Shot strength isn't consistent, either. Might be the feeding. I assume they need the "joggle" to feed correctly?

Do either of these have 360 turret rotation?

What type of gun recoil is used in each of the IR versions?
Is it the backwards Henglong (slow recoil, fast return to battery) or the correct Taigen/Asiatam (fast recoil, slow return to battery)?

Correct, the jossle helps a lot to correctly load a BB.

Yes, both will have 360 degree rotation stock.

It is the correct one, no more of those backwards ones
