So the M-35 was diesel powered? That sounds like a supercharged diesel to me, from a much bigger truck, but that could be just me. I wonder where Clark got the sound files?

Deuce Sound effects
Sounds just like the Deuce an Half I drove back in the late 70's. Remember that military vehicles( at least back then ) did not have to comply with EPA and noise ordinances. Pure Diesel. Actually brings back good memories.

Depends on which M35. Standard variant had an NA gas engine, A1 got a turbo version, A2 was a NA multifuel and later on got a turbo also. That sounds just like the whistler, best one to pick IMO!

I sent them an email and said they need to honor their word and send me the item with free shipping which is what they promised when they took my money. If they don't, and they issue a refund instead, I'll buy it from the other site that was posted for less money. I still have one coming from eBay.

I have a feeling that quite a few guys are going to be getting that email. If we stick together on this, and everyone tells them that they either have to honor their word or issue a refund, it might do some good. It's actually better to get the refund anyway because there's another place selling them for less money with free shipping. Someone put up the name of the place but I'll post a link when I get home. If they give me a refund that's what I'll do, is buy from there to get the green truck. I have the Khaki coming from eBay so we'll see what happens with that one.
