Default Stug parts

Hello all, I have an antisan metal hull for a Stug3. I bought it as is. The rear components are gone. Upper hull is fine but whatever it connects to on bottom hull at the rear is missing. I have been away awhile and would appreciate a direction to take on this.
Thank you for any assistance.

Does it have a clip in the front? If so, leave it alone and just replace the missing rear components with posts and magnets.

Hi David, The only large part that seems to be missing is the complete Exhaust assembly,
And that is readily available in Plastic/ABS or Metal,
It actually goes above the panel shown so you might have it already,
The problem comes in fitting it because your rear hull seems to be missing the location points for the Exhaust..
Shaun.

If you go to ---------
www.forgebeartanks.com
He has two pages of "STUG" parts,
He is one of the best and straightest dealers in our hobby,
He is a UK based dealer but he regularly sells product to the USA,
Because you are not liable to the EU VAT tax which is 19.5 % that means the cost of postage to the USA which costs about the same as the tax means the cost of product in the US is about the same as it is in Europe.

dash69, looks like you need these two parts. both are used on the Stug III and the Panzer III lower rear hull. Both are on forgebears site under the Panzer III parts. I have ordered from them and they are quick to ship and will take about 7-10 days to get here in the U.S. Both parts will cost about $20 in US Dollars and are metal parts.

You can get the plastic equivalents at asiatam.de or alibaba (cheapest). Plastic is nice because it is easier to work with.

You may also be missing the springloaded clasps that screw into the posts on the upper hull and latch into the slots on the side at the back. If so, don't bother with getting new ones. Make a magnet/post setup in the two rear corners; it will be better.
