Heng Long M4A3 Sherman
So I got a Heng Long M4A3 Sherman and when I try to fire it makes like a grinding noise, it doesn’t knock back like it should. And I can’t find any upgrade parts for the actual gun it’s self.

Video would be helpful, but it sounds like your airsoft unit has a stripped gear. The easiest fix is to replace it, since an airsoft unit is only about ten bucks, and since it sounds like your motor is good you don't even have to re-wire. There are plenty of videos out there on swapping the unit, and one of the best is at the Taigen Tanks youtube channel.
There aren't really any upgrade parts out there for an airsoft unit. Some guys have experimented with stronger springs and even CO2, but as far as off the shelf stuff it's just not there.
