Default Heng Long Abrams "rock crawling"

Having some fun pushing the modified suspension on one of my Abrams with a bit of "rock crawling".

Thought some of you might enjoy seeing these photos.

That is amazing I am surprised you have not had a track failure.

I am too! The DKLM Abrams track I am running is proving to be extremely durable.

"De-tracking" is no longer a real issue either on extreme terrain features like this as the suspension modification has the unintended benefit of also working to keep proper tension on the tracks.

Those rubber pads are definitely doing work . I bet it dose not do well with regular metal tracks, I know my tiger is terrible on the rock section of my course

Both all metal and all plastic tracks do horrible on rocks and many other terrain types. The rubber padded track are amazing as to the ability they add to a tank. One of the reasons I am putting them on all my tanks or make hybrid silicon padded plastic tracks like I did tor my T90.

If one wants their modern tank to really shine off road then rubber padded track is the way to go IMO.
