Cheap prices on ebay for Heng Long recently?
I'm noticing some really cheap prices on Heng Long basic plastic 2.4 GHz tanks lately. $140 range. They say "Heng Long", but also say things like, "High Simulation".
I'm not sure if these are knock-offs or what?

Not sure why, although I've mainly avoided the Chinese dealers on ebay and ordered from Toucanhobby or Mideatech. Or pay a bit more to get one with metal gearbox from The-RC-Dynasty. All honest dealers. I see Pantigers around $120 shipped to the US and Tiger 1's close to that price. I figure some are trying to blow out the Pantigers since the newer scale version with 5.3 radios are around?

Banggood has a couple of models on steep discount if you don't mind waiting for them to arrive in 2 or 3 weeks. The JagdPanther is $89.99 with $15 shipping and the PanTiger (they call the Panther Snow Leopard?) is $109.99 with $12.00 shipping. But with a 10% off code the shipping was essentially free! I have plans to hotrod a PanTiger with a spare Tiger 1 turret, a fantasy Panzer design of my own. They also have the M41A3 Walker Bulldog and the M4A3 Sherman at $109.99. No affiliation.

Just received my latest orders from Banggood yesterday and today, ordered on 12-31 and 1-1. $8 dollar airsoft unit and $22 dollar 5.3 version 2.4 GHz control unit. They even included the 8-lead cable that wasn't advertised with the sale. I'm happy with 15 day standard shipping from half a world away! That's roughly 8800 miles, or 587 miles a day! Shipping was $2 or less which is roughly $00.000227 cents per mile!
