Heng Long looks for like a T-72B, lower hull and running gear is probably the same as their T-90.
Details on Walterson's look better, and dispite the driving style in the video linked a above, suspension is smooth running, the extra weight probably helps. I know were my money is going.

All of my tanks are set up for well under 'road speed'. Reality is most action is off road where the max, going over well reconned land, is 20 KPH or less and usually a lot less. They all have Turnigy chips in them for some inertia and all are single stick motion control. When we teach the youngsters at 35th Battery Museum how to drive, the first thing they learn is how to use the controls gently with the tank up on blocks first. Only after they master that foible are they allowed to take n tank out on the playing field for their more advanced driving courses. They are also taught how to fix whatever may go wrong or break before they even have a radio in their hands. Works for us.
Question. Does the Walterson tank have a plastic hull? Looks like it.

I wonder if HL copied the Trumpeter 1/16 static T-72B upper and slapped it on the T-90 lower? I don't have any of the static T-72B models from Trumpeter for comparison.

For those of you that use Facebook Waltersons posed a bunch of pictures and videos on their page. Looks like the tank is ready and they claim it will be available for purchase in August.
