running in batteries
hi guys.. just read richard's article on running in a motor...is it too late to do mine..??[] only run tank approx 2 or 3 hours.. and is it worth still doing.? will be installing metal gears and tracks at some point when i'm more familiar with the workings of my heng long walker bulldog..

anyways, with new rechargeable batteries I always do 3 full cycles -- discharge fully, charge fully - repeat x3 (by using it of course).
Don't charge half-empty batteries, what I mean to say is don't charge batteries that don't need it. Same with Cordless phones - dont sit them back on their recharge base "for convenience", as it will stuff the battery in no time.

i have a 4000mh batt thats ni-mh rather than ni-cd which i'm told you don't need to fully discharge before charging..?[sm=confused.gif]
