REQUEST: Owners of HL Tiger S&S, get your camera ready :D
Hey all,
Being the owner of a non-S&S Tiger 1 (one of the early revisions of HL Tiger) I'm on the verge of converting to S&S. I am wondering if somebody who owns a HL Tiger 1 could get pics to show me the following:
- Smoker oil-inlet (where u top up your smoker)
- speaker box mounting or just where it sits
- volume knob
If possible, someone with a pic of a stripped out HL Tiger hull so I can see if mounting points are the same or not (mine being early before S&S was thought of) and the bottom of the tank itself.
Thanks in advance!

If your Tiger is really old there won't be any mounting posts for the S&S gear, you'll get to make them! One of my Tigers doesn't have them, another has the mounts for the speaker on the opposite side of where they are today and they are spaced differently! There are bazillions of pictures of the conversion on the internet and this forum.

The conversion is the easy part lol, I was just hoping for some "stock" photos of how it all goes to pre-plan some things before I get the S&S kit

When I converted my Non S&S I sealed up the bottom to help make it water tight. And I mounted the switches and Vctrl under one of the rear hatches.

Go to Tankzone in the UK and they have a Heng Long tutorial with decent pictures. They will also answer your questions. Avoid MATO out of Canada.J
