Try shooting a PM to thomasjohnmurphy on this forum. He just bought a bunch of HL guns and is modifying them for resale. I ordered one from him but haven't reveived it yet. I believe he claims 250 fps with the modified guns. Costs a few bucks, but a fair price considering the work he does to them and it's pretty much just a drop in and connect a couple wires when you get it.
My first attempt blew a circuit board because the gears weren't perfectly aligned. It sounds like he's pretty much got the modification perfected.

I sent it out last week. Did you get it yet (make sure to hook the wires up correctly) and you will need to drill out your plastic barrel to fit the somewhat thicker madbull inner barrel)
