Backyard Armor has an E-8 conversion kit. Might be able to buy a part or two.

NOPE. That's been sold out and out of production for a long time. I know Tiff Williams makes them.

Oh thank you, does anyone know if he still sell them, and if so, is there any way I could contact him?

I think those can be easily scratch built. Get a 1/35th A3 kit and multiply that part size by 2.1875
I don't have Tiff's email anymore.

Word on the street is Tiff isn't producing new parts at this time. Legend has it he recently moved and everything is packed up. Hopefully he will open the production line again soon. Now that VVSS kits are on the street, his conversions will come in handy.

Thanks for the help guys, it's too bad about Tiff Williams. I looked up his work and they looked great. Hopefully he'd sell aftermarket parts again in the future.
Panther, I'm thinking about just fabricating the deflectors, but the curved shapes of the inside of the slats is kinda daunting. But I think I may have a savior...

I am in the same boat as I plan to re-re-do my easy eight with the correct back deck and deflector. My kit was from the BYA conversion and had a delflector but silly me forgot the correct slope. On my USMC sherman I made the same ommission and the excused it by adding stacks.
In a rare moment of BYA flattery, two years ago I was able to get the deflector by simply asking for it with a seperate order of Sherman parts. I keep it hidden!

And a savior has come through for me! Thanks to the awesome Nick Aguilar, my Easy-Eight now has a resin exhaust deflector! And the great thing about it is, it's the regular M4A3 exhaust deflectors, and not the armored exhaust deflectors that was more common on easy-eights during the Korean War.
Nick is a great guy to deal with! Can't thank him enough, because fabricating this exhaust deflectors from styrene would have been very tricky.

That's good news! I have a Sherman and an old t-23 turret conversion that I'd like to use. The exhaust deflectors would be a great addition. Does anyone have Nick's contact info?

I don't have Nick's email at the moment, since I'm using a different computer, but I initially contacted through this site:

I cannot recommend enough Nick's work and customer service. I'll post pics of my Easy-Eight soon!
