Default 1/16 figures by Andrew Design

Do you think they are correct? http://www.axels-modellbau-shop.de/k...sin::3799.html
To me they seem out of scale. Legs are too short. And no neck at all.

Regards,
Eugene

A bit small, but not less realistc. Not every german soldiers were 2 metres tall.

It could just be the photograph too perhaps "skewed" to make the box art more dramatic by emphasizing the foreground figure's head, torso and arms? I'd ask for (or try to find) a picture of an "actual" figure before buying one..... The fellow on the box really does look like his upper and lower body are 2 different scales!

Why you say there is not neck?

I have purchased the DAK figure for my SDKFZ 222 and I must say the moldings are excellent and seemed to be proportioned to scale. The figure in the above picture might at first appear to be out of proportion but his legs are slightly bent and his tunic appears to extend down to the crotch area not the waist. His belt is placed well above the lower edge of the tunic where his waist should be. With his head tilted slightly back it could appear to shorten the neck as well in relation to the shoulders. Just my 2 cents.

Nick

well according to the soldier on the box, he is pointing to the left corner, to let everyone know he is 1/16 scale

Look at his arms! If he stands straight, he can scratch his knees w/out bending his back. They seem too long. Monkey like.

I can do the same thing, but it isn't because my arms are too long, it's because my legs are too short

I dnt want to be biased. I have 30 1/18 dragon figures, they proportioned quite well, just need a little touch up paint jobs or weathering effects would end up like this expensive "german" figures.
