Tiger 1 non s&s
What do i need to upgrade my Tiger 1 non S&S to S&S?? What should I order from Mato??, as I'm on a budget too...

I think you're talking about Heng Long Tiger 1.
You need smoke & sounds boards + receiver + proportional transmitter (witch include proportional stick and a new board) + smoke unit etc
A complete kit is about 50-60 $.
