any word on when this next version is coming out?

At this point in time we do not know even if tamiya will be releasing a KV-2 ( anyways that is what my US tamiya Rep says - He has not heard anything about the KV-2, which is not surprising as one side of the world does not know what the other side is doing). My rep is suppose to be looking into it and as soon as I hear I will post.

PS: Hope every one that is building the KV-1 is having fun with it - at least Tomas and James are by their on line assembly - great job!

Here is another photo from that Shizuoka Hobby Show.. They had it sitting along side the two KV-1 tanks at the show with a transmitter posed behind it. Either they plan to release it or they just like to tease.. Would be kind of nice if they did make it available.

They mite be waiting for tank sales to get better and dont want a lot of stock just setting on the shelf's .
