RE: My Mk5 Centurion 1/16 (New Video)
The Centurion became my favorite tank, when my Dad told me of an incident in Korea. It seems his M4 was a perfect kill for a T76/85 untill a Brit Centurion made mince meat out of the NKPA tank. 2 rounds cleaned the T76/85's clock. Beautiful job your doing.

RE: My Mk5 Centurion 1/16 (New Video)
Thanks guys, it has been a lot of fun to build. I have met a lot of great people when I have been looking for information on this project including one local guy that has one on his farm about half an hours drive away and another vet that has recorded the compleate history of EVERY Centurion Mk5/1 that ever served in the Australian army.
Alan123 are Heng Long Jagpanther modified a bit.
Still a fair bit to do on the old girl, both on body work paint and all of the Electronics, Which I hope will make it run and SOUND as good as it looks.
Any questions just ask

Thanks for the answer, I thought they looked like panther tracks however the single guide tooth in the middle threw me a bit (panther has 2 in the middle, so I guess you cut one off or something). Can you give me a bit more detail and perhaps even pics of how you modded the tracks?
I am doing a similar project to yours at the moment and am stuck on the tracks.
Cheers
Alan

Yes Alan , what I did was cut all the guide teeth off, then sand the area smooth then very carefully using "ZAP" plasti-zap medium CA (Super Glue) glue half of them back on but in the centre of the track. Work slowly and carefully making shore that they are straight up and down and in line. It's not hard just takes a bit of time and a steady hand.[:-]

Got the last coat of paint on the old girl and dressed her up a bit then out to the sand pit for a photo shoot.

10 minutes of video of the Cent doing its thing. Long grass, steep climbs, tight turns, slow turns, slooow running, fast running, firing main gun, running over rocks etc etc.

Took the Cent to the bush over Christmas, and the video camera. Hope you like it.
