Well its too the point that I DEMAND the new SHERMAN COMET AND CROMWELL if Tamiya, HL MATO wants too see anymore of my money. Manufacture what the customer wants . Not what the manufacturer wants too make. IT's just good buisness sense, isn't it.Tired of waiting for models to come out that arent what we asked for i9n the first plasce . Thats the way I see it. Anyone else agree????????????????

I agree....Comet....Comet.....Comet !!!!!! If HL can do a Panzer III, a Matilda should be easy. How about a Hetzer? At least one Italian tank should be thrown in too.

Currently, the Sherman tank is in mass production. We do not know the price until it to be released. If we release it, we will inform you ASAP.

The Principle behind Mato toys sent me the pictures and approved their release. We should see the tanks mid to late October. Again this is not an official date, just my guess from some of the things I have been told.

I like that the radio is the same color as the tank and not black.

I am banking it won't be out until after Nov 15th..I seem to remember when the King Tiger was delayed and delayed and it was after late Nov, no wait it was early December
when I got my King Tiger in from Mato! So I am banking that this tank won't hit until after the end of November.

Better for me since at this moment I am out of work and can't afford any good toys right now unless I sell off my bigger 1/6 and 1/9 scale stuff! [>:]

I can honestly say I am happy that a Sherman is coming out!

Has anyone heard a realistic base price for this thing yet? I would like to grab 2 of them and tear one down for the VVSS.

Nothing confirmed on price, but expect them to be more then a Heng Long, but not out of this world more.

I wore down my front Teeth in anticipation of the Sherman's arrival. Too bad it won't be here for the Hobby Show here in late October. That Tank would be a Huge Hit!!

Mato better make as many shermans as they can. It's going to sell like hot cakes, and many people are going to buy more than one...

Maybe, and maybe a lot of tankers like myself are tired of being strung along for far too long. I'm not bothering to buy one- my Tamiya is far better than what Mato can produce and I'm not bothering to wait any more. I was looking at it as a completely different tank- cast hull vs plate, different suspension, but it's still a Sherman. Too much hype, and I don't like being strung along like a fool for months on end. Maybe in a year or two when the hype dies down (IF it ever gets released), but the excitement in me has been killed off.

At this point I've given up on Mato and am looking at something else instead. I might get a KV-1 for my corral....haven't got any Red Armor yet.

I know exactly what you mean and where you are coming from too. I don't know why they announce these releases so far ahead, then take so long to then make them available. Just like Hoobens T55. I don't know if it's to gauge customer response but it sure gets talked to death, don't it.

I can see a month or so, but almost a year is just too much hype and several threads to shift through.
