Oh heck, Chuck, I saw this coming long ago, cancelled my orders for eto, and got my money back summer of '08. At that time the Horch was predicted for Aug '08 and Puma for Sept '08.

Hallo,

I was at a trade fair in Leipzig 2 weeks ago. At the fair were the Puma, Kettenkrad and co people. I asked about the Puma and the man there, who claimed to be the Big Boss, said that he was having manufacturing problems in China such as , no water, power shortages and that sort of thing.

In my opinion the Puma is the best model in their line up and they should have given that priority instead of the 222 and 223, Kettenkrad etc. I would have bought the Puma straight away but am not the least interested in the other models at all. They are simply too small at 1/16th, however the Puma still has a reasonable size at 1/16.

Just my info and thoughts on the subject.

Cheers

AL

Was it the static prototype which has been around for a few years or the production model

I do not know which company it was but the Big Boss was German and the only model on display was the fully motorised Kettenkrad plus a small AA gun and some figures.

I did not know there was more than one company in the game.

Hope that helps.

Probably the head of Xion. Mut from HK is Andrew Design, and it's his sight that is down and the name is for sale according to second hand sources. Mut definately ain't German. Andrew Design is the manufacturer, and they are who I had dealings with last year. Xion to the best of my knowledge is the German or EU distributor.
Hope they did not pay in advance for stock. The lack of materials, power shortages, etc is bovine scatology in my opinion.
