Looking good. It would still work as the Wehrmacht was using anything they could get toward the end of the war and modifying or converting a vehicle was a daily task.

Soldier looks good to me. I presume the winch in the Berg works. I see the motor. We'll need the Berg if I bring my Jagdtiger to Kubinka in summer.

Hi, RSEA,
I plan to do the same with Tamiya one. This was in December 1943, done by 29 guardia tank Brigade, Belorussian front, with one ofthe tabks 507th Heavy Tank Battalion...
Awesome model!!!

Yes HAL, that is the tank I had in mind from December 43. I read that it was captured in late December, and then used in combat 4 days or so later in early January 44. I also was given a reference to another Tiger that was captured and used in combat by the Russians during July 44. I think it would look better where your at, where I am there is no snow.. I think white tanks look out of place if they are not in a snowy environment.

Your Berg is looking good HAL!

Correct:
(1) used in combat January, 6, 1944. It rushed in the Sinjavki village and was holding it in two days, helping tthe infantry.
(2) thisTiger was in 48th army, 1st Belorussian front.

Plus another one was in 5th Guardia Tank Brigade (August 21, 1944)

Hey Hal;

Dont foget the FSSF was also made up of Canadian also - so maybe it was a Canadian FSSF that captured the tank!

...the point, with all the respectto Canadians,is thatthe period this model covershas been the period of battles between 45th Infantry Division (where part ofex-FSSF) under RobertFrederick and 667th STUGbrigade in Alsace.
