Would be great....maybe someone in HL is waking up...probably the Mato Sherman put a shot across thier bow. Chuck and others had tried so many years to tell them what the market wants, all falling on deaf ears, so maybe it's sinking in. Maybe we'll finally wind up with the many variations we have wanted all along...and the possibilities of interchanging parts is there. A Tam-HL-Mato Sherman?
It will be interesting, to say the least and with the improvements HL is making on every new model, this should be a nice one. [8D]

Now if they would concentrate on a Centurian or T-54. Chuck wrote a while back that he did see some of these in the HL factory, so some thought has bee along that line.

I hope they don't just upscale that model. Because with all the Mato Sherman's aesthetic faults, the 1/30 HL Sherman tank is much worse.

Yeah, I'm more excited than a choir boy in a ***** house! At least I only bought ONE Mato Sherman ... I think I can wait to see this one!

HL has had plans for a Sherman for quite some time. I was told by a very reliable source last year that this was a strong possibilty. It was also a possibility that it would be released before the Mato, but we all know that was not to happen. Maybe now with the Mato, HL will attempt to out due Mato. Perhaps with a more popular version. I would like to see a E8 or Slugger myself.

Just a very simple early M-4 75mm with early mantlet, direct vision and 3 pc tranny would be very interesting, not to forget the high demand for an M-10 TD.

A Sherman would be nice. I'd like to see the A2 or A3 for the PTO. More than a Sherman, I'd like to see them do like they did with the PanTiger and redo the Bulldog and Pershing to correct the Bulldog's scale issues and the Bulldog and Pershing's inaccurate suspensions.

That's great news HLs Sherman that's defiantly one for me. I'll start saving now, When is it coming out soon I hope. What do think about writing to HL about suggestions on tanks like maybe M-18 Hellcat, Comet, Centurion, M-10 Tank Destreyer just to name a few. I like to see more allied tanks.

I'm curiopus about the 1/16 SDkfz 251 they show will be available...I figured one would come out so I held off on getting an M16.....I hate that site though as you have to registerjustto look at anything....so gay...

God please someone build a Challenger or a T-72 or a decent M1A2 or M-60 or something MODERN. The modern tanks would wipe the old stuff off the face of the earth. I want some tanks I grewe up watching. Am I off subject againg, Damn forgot my pill. LOL

T72 or T90 are probably the only modern tanks I'd get

I don't think HL would do an open top tank like the M10, unless it didnt have turret elevation/firing system

Well the arrival of another Sherman would be great. No pictures though, so until I see pictures, I 'll just look at this as vaporware.

I agree. I keep checking the thread for pics but until Isee some, I'm not on board.

It would be nice if HL made this one with the real Sherman sounds of a Ford engine this time instead of that rarely used radial engine.

That 1/30th Sherman is a M4A3 version. Even though it looks like crap at that scale, hopefully it will be an A3.
