that is interesting, looked like a lot of stock film footage cobbled together to make a movie. They did a pretty good job. thanks for sharing

“Theirs is the Glory” this film has no actors all the cast are serving members of the Parachute regiment, the film was shot on location in Arnhem Holland, there is a burning Tiger II (H) in the film this was destroyed and still in place after the war, during filming the various Panther’s used in this film were shipped over or still in Europe all apart from the Tiger I this is 131 from Bovington.

Really great film....nice to see actual German armor in action....sure beats M-47s acting as Tigers. Thanks for posting.

Fantastic film. Would love to have it in full on a cd. I visited the Hartesein Hotle in Arnhem. It's now a musum dedicated to Operation Market Garden. If your in the area its a must see.

PS, I was stationed about 50 miles away from Arnhem in a small dutch farming town of Het Harde. Best assignemnt in my 24 years of searvice. JR

Hi Scott,
I've seen that on before and it is very good. Since it was not filmed by corespondants in the "heat of battle" where they feared for their lives. It is even more special since it was filmed where it happened with authentic equipment. Thanks for sharing the link with they guys who had forgotten about it (me) and those who were previously unaware of it. Bob
