Writer Needed
I'm looking for a writer for a monthly column or article on 1:16 tanks for version 2.0 of a website I'm a partner in. The website is for military collectors and focuses on 1:18 scale, but I've been slowly building interest in 1:16 since so many are available and the static armor has basically died out. Please PM me if you are interested and I'll hook you up with the editor of the magazine. Here is what version 1 looked like, but I can promise ver 2.0 will be extremely professional. And yes, this will be a paying job in one way or another when it gets going.

1/16 Static? The DAK boys have been writing articles for rags like FSM and Scale Aviation Modeler but mostly with our RC vehicles or plastic models. If you want reviews of 1/16 scale static products, we do utilize trumpeter models for some of our gear, and I bought the FOV Sherman for parts. Send me a PM and maybe you have some contributors in the rough.

I am looking for 1:16 RC writers for our site since I just don't have the time to do it. The current audience are collectors of 1:18 static offerings from 21st Century Toys, BBI, Unimax, etc...
I'm just trying to convert the heathens and show them what $20 more can buy them.

The problem with the 1/18th scale stuff is the figures fit the 1:16th scale vehicles better than the 1:16th figures. and the 1:18 vehicles seem too small for 1:18. So it would behove them to get with us on the 1:16th scale. Bigger is Better. atleast thats what SHE said.

I know Panther and Googly, the 21st Century Humvee is perfect 1:18 scale yet the figures just don't fit inside and the 1:16 figs that come with our tanks just seem too big. There is a lot of interest in our tanks from that crowd and I've got a few to try their first 1:16, so it's just a matter of time.
