New tanks are here :)
 

Hey guys,
So our tanks just arrived and were unloaded today and we have been shipping preorders today. In fact I have shipped a few of you guys today even :) Anyways I wanted to hop in here and explain a small issue we had. The PIV we listed was not the original paint scheme I chose. The tank paint scheme had already been done and the factory told us the next round would have the paint scheme I originally picked. HOWEVER, when I opened the tanks today to do my checks I noticed it was the paint scheme I originally picked! There was a downside though in the fact it came with the normal width black tracks instead of the winter tracks. While the paint job was much better the tracks are not what we advertised. To fix this I'll be including a set of winter tracks to go with the winter Panzer IV tanks for a while will inventory last as an apology/upgrade for everyone. I have called and emailed all who preordered and so far everyone has responded positively with only 2 left to confirm. Please let me know what you think of the new paint scheme too!

This was my original choice actually, by the time I gathered up all the info and models (we actually have the models painted here by our artists then we ship them there) they had already did a bunch of the other ones so I didn't know when this one was gonna be done. I was SO happy to see this "problem" when I opened the box that I didn't even get upset. I knew everyone would like it just as much as I did. I wanted to make sure everyone knew we didn't mean to as well, an extra set of tracks as a gift I thought would be a good apology. I'm extending that to a bunch of customers afterwards too. When we or I make a mistake I always try to make up for it in some way. A small gesture goes a long way and a big gesture goes even further.

Thanks! I've asked RCU many times over the years for paint suggestions and a few were even picked from here too :) I'm a sucker for the winter schemes which is funny as I live in FL....
