Default 8T Rims with proline tires

Has any one tried to put proline bowties on Losi 8t rims?I know losi rims are quite a bit bigger.

Putting Proline's on Losi rims can't be that bad. If it were, pro's wouldn't be doing it. Losi is working on several more tires to fit their rims. In the meantime Adam Drake has been using HoleShot tires on Losi rims. He says they have to be cut to fit without really stretching them. This is a quote from his reply when asked about it.

"If you flip the tire inside out you will see a few lines on the sidewall of the tire. I cut the tire along the first ring. It then fits on the rim without really stretching the tire. I’ll try and get a picture. I run the stock foam from the TL tire or the new molded foam for the TL tire. The molded for should be available soon."

Personally I'm running some Bowtie MTRs when I need to until Losi releases the new tires.

Holeshots work great at our track on 2wd B4s and other electric cars.
