Its a long chassis, it will flex a little. I put the Pro R buggies alloy front chassis brace on the front, $12 upgrade, took a lot of the flex away. Theres also better upgrades out for the rear.
17mm conversion is pretty much a requirment, 14mm wheels are hard to find (harder than 23mm) and they do slightly redice the buggies cornering. 17mm hexs are also a lot stonger.
The tyres it comes with are not very good either, to soft and spongey.
I put a buggy stone guard on the exhaust side to protect the rather exposed pipe as well, the Pro R buggies fits straight on with some drilling.
Probably also worth upgrading the rear toe in plate, the stock one is plastic and not that strong.
The only part I break is the front body mounts, broken a couple, even with the mount filed as low as possible. But they are under $10 and take 1 minute to swap over.
Other than that its a good truggy that can easily run with the best of them.

I haven't raced the track at speedworld, but the track seems moist and hard-soft packed dirt.

Yes, there are *******s like that on this planet. Just keep asking around. It's more likely for you to run into someone helpful than an ass. It's also easy to tell who's helpful/nice, because you'll see people talking to them.

my problem was chassis flex and shock bodies are weak..chassis flex was resolved by BCE chassis and kingheadz brace..then the axles were replaced by KMW stub axles ,i preferred 23mm instead of 17mm coz all my trucks are 23mm compatible..

okay, here is my problem, i have the rtr version of the lightning stadium truck, i have changed the stock engine to a sts .30, and just keep striping the center diff cup, its as if the inside is melting and the gears shift locking everything up. The front and back one seem find. What could i do, i have orderd 2 savage aluminum differential cups which i plan to put my other gears in since they are still new, the cups just get eaten up. I heard some people put kyosho diffs in the center, would this do the job? The rest of the machine seems to be fine though. This really sucks since were just starting the season an i just want to demolish my friends O.S. powered hellfire and surefire .32 powered ST-1.

A .30 has massive amounts of torque, those things are made for big heavy monster trucks.
Do you have the stock RTR the Pro RTR? The Pro has better quality diffs and drive cups.
Not sure why you would want to stick a .30 in it anyway, a good brand .21 will nail a big block easily with better fuel consumption.

yha i its pretty rediculous of mee to put such a big engine in this truck, only way too powerful for the truck but the engine is in now and i don't want to buy a new one so she will have to stay for the rest of the year. I also have a smaller SH .21 but i am not sure if it runs, i will probably try it soon, it has good compression, i don't see why it shouldn't run. But i fear it wont pull too good on this truck. I got that engine as a spare with an other truck i had bought on ebay, but sold the truck to a friend and kept the engine.
