lol, I took it out today

But it started raining heavy like thunderstorm and its still going on.

I had to let an entire tank run out in the back of my dads 4x4, he wasnt too pleased about that.

I dont blame him lol, theres a strong smell of nitro (which I love) in it @ the moment lol.

Well meh I shot my steering servo, Stupid JR.!

Why did you let the whole tank run out? No need to run it dry unless your not going to be driving it for a few weeks.

@twomanytoys

Isnt it like bad to leave fuel left sitting in the tank for a coupla days.

The weathers really nasty here @ the moment.

Well the good thing is I GOT MY PACKAGE .

Jp 4 pipe (finally) new fuel filters, antenna tubes, fuel lines and a recharageable glow starter and some other accessories.

Will post pics shortly.

LOL i love that its really bad weather and you finally get the stuff you wanted!!! yea its bad for fuel to be just left in there but blow on the fuel tube that the exhaust is on and disconnect the tube from the carb and point the fuel tube in you fuel can and blow on the exhaust tube...lol lots of tubes and fuels hehehe sorry to make it sound difficult......

i don't think it is that bad to leave fuel in the tank. Only time I would be a issue is with a LST,LST2 tank. They have a o-ring in them that often deteriorates easily and creates tuning issues.

Its not bad for a few days as long as its inside in a cool place. If it was going to sit for 2-3 weeks then yes drain the tank but drain it manually. Dont just let it burn off.

Isnt it contaminated, ive always just thrown/burnt any excess fuel in the tank, if its in the bottle I put it back in the jug.?

Ive always thought that theres always some kinda dirt in the tank, also wouldnt the exhaust gasses going into the tank be like not good lol.?

Thats why ive never put the fuel from the tank back into the jug.?
