kinda like the revo.......
kinda like the revo.......
depends on what you mean i guess.......The Revo is the last of its kind, as after the Revo was born MT racing dropped off in favor of Truggy racing...... So the Revo is really only raking in big wins racing against itself, as its the only real viable track machine in its class to begin with, its not like there is any competition for the Revo to even race against..... So sure it wins alot of big titles, but its a hollow victory as its against pretty much zero competition anyways.......Winning in todays Truggy class like the Jammin does is a much much more impressive then what the Revo is doing in MT class.......Not knocking the Revo, but its really only winning by default...

That made me laugh.
This is a rather successful thread, though. Lmao.
I personally love my CRT, handles like a beast, jumps like a gazelle, and can take a crazy beating.

RE: Some information?
But that was a good way of putting it. Lmao.
I'm not really an off-road 1:1 scale car person, so I wouldn't be able to tell you much about that, but after googling some of the pics of Subarus, they are nice jumpers. Lol.

RE: Some information?
the only real issue i had with my CRT was the Fact it was getting outdated..beside the fact u could BCE it up.....and the 2nd most annoying thing was the Non rebuildable bones....MG those things wear out fast...and it dosent help when u slap a Horny ./28 in either....I PREY to the RC lords they adress the issue on the X2.

its only a matter of time.....trust me....the center's wear out especially fast and can definatly cause issues with rolling consistency...Been there done that.....and at 37-50$ a Pop for 2....i could'nt afford to keep the drivetrain alive...the STS's and picco's at the time were Hammering the CVD's in a matter of 4-5 race weekends.

That's quite a lot of money to be spending to fix a CVD.

I was thinking of getting some boots for the CVD's and filling them with grease.
Would that do much for it, besides keep it clean?

honestly....i never ended up finding a solution....the bones were a bit cheeper of a solution...but i dunno if they would wear a little faster or slower...but i tried em and they were almost the same...after a Goood couple months of racing they were all sloped out needing replacements......I did end up getting some Kyosho ST-R bones that are the same length...but the only difference was the Hex pin diameter...so u would need to use Kyosho hexes...but then again...this is only a solution for the drivebones.....cant think of much for the center's...never got that far with it. ...keepin them clean will always help...buts its the design of them thats the downfall....Unfortunate as it may be...I HOPE they fix it on the X2.

RE: Some information?
Yeah, if they do, I'll grab a BCE chassis and buy some of those, instead of buying tons of pairs of center CVD's. Lol.
Could you link me to those Kyosho bones?
