Ever heard of using motor oil in shocks??

Why ask supertib?? LOL why not ask the question in general to people. Anything can act like a shock oil dish soap. All you are looking for is viscosity. We prefer silicone shock oil ($2-3) because it is consistent and doesn't break down.
