Just picked up a Matrix TR and am planning on doing the brushless conversion. Has anyone used the Novak HV Pro 6.5? Any thoughts on this set up?

Very tidy Verdardo
I am about to buy another Losi 8T Race Roller and set it up as i love the Losi chassis and handling, the MMM combo is incredible. I just got my 14.8 8000mah battery and can't wait to run it at the track this weekend!

Dude 5's would be too much for my novice skills
I am more than happy with 4's as it tears my tires up as it is, also my track is no where big enough for 5's.

Im using 16/45 gearing and I am real happy with the low down torque curve. I think I will be ordering a few spare 16 pinions to be on the safe side.
I will be sticking to 4's as I think I have spent enough money on Batteries for a while I may go 5's when I convert my Muggy as some of the youtube video's are awesome LOL

When I first saw the Muggy, I loved it! I still like the way it looks, it's size, ginormous wheels, and all, but I've read so many problems with the clutch just blowing out, cooking bearings, and eating the clutch shoes. Oh well.
I'm looking to do another truggy BL conversion when funds replenish. Right now I'm dealing with Hobbycity to hopefully get a dead LiPo pack that I just literally received last night replaced (it measured 0V). I have a feeling I'm SOL though on that pack, but I hope they come through as I've spent a good chunk of change there and have items I still want to get.

Just saw this pic yesterday. Thinking of getting one. I have a Medusa Afterburner brushless motor in my Fusion buggy I could put into it but thinking of trying a different one. Also want to get 2 Diggity Designs 5300 25C Lipo's. Just have to save some more money [:@]
