Robotronics Mantis and TSX any good???
Does anyone have any experience with the Mantis??? I saw that the new TSX version is on its way.... Is this a good starter truggy??? I plan on light racing and backyard fun... thanks...

not really...I've owned one but they just don't have much parts support,hop-ups or durability..the car it's self doesn't handle poorly just doesn't do enough to overshadow the flaws which is mainly the durability and lack of parts support

I have a mantis this is almost the same as a hpi hellfire and is very durable
with a little up grade it is awsome like hi power servos and pipe.
its great on the track too.

Always had good luck with my Mantis, Just parts support sucked. LHS never had parts and only place else at the time to get parts was tower hobby and they were always backordered at the time. Maybe it is better now.
