Flak and Claire at Another Fly-In
Yesterday, I took Claire, my 1942 Ford GPW Jeep, to a fly-in at the Lawrence, KS. Municipal Airport. My CAF Heart of America Wing from New Century, KS. had six military aircraft present. The beautiful P-51 Mustang "Flying Dutchman" was there. This particular P-51 was built under contract in Australia. The sky was blue, the temps were in the 70's, and there were some magnificent aircraft to be seen. Here are some photos:
