Make sure you install brakes on your mains. Thats a short runway for this plane.

I have gotten parts directly from ESM in China, just send them a e-mail, you can get that off the internet. Or you can try VQ Warbirds in USA they are the USA distributor for ESM and they say they keep some parts.

I have Sierra retracts in mine that I am trying to sell. They have been converted to electric with "Down and Locked". If you are interested in what I did to install them, I have many photos. If you are interested, send me an email at [email protected] and I will email you photos.

Since no one seems interested in buying my whole airplane, I am thinking of selling the engine, retracts, and radio components separately and hanging the airplane in a local small airport terminal. I have to get rid of my large airplanes as I am physically unable to lift them any more and we are moving to a condo. If you are interested in the Sierra retracts, let me know.

Thank you,
The inside is not ready yet, I had to remove al the bulkheads I made to install the turbine because the CG is to far to the front.
The turbine is now more backwards just behind the acceshatch on his back, I just need to cut the thrust tube a bit shorter now.
When I look to the manual, I see the CG should be about 100mm in front of the main gear.
Can anyone confirm this?

As i remember it is 8,5 inch at the root of the wing. And it is correct one. I had a little tail heavy and i had a really ****ty oscillation durig approach but manage to land safe. And it was only 1 inch back from this pubilcated number.

Does anyone know if this ARF is still available? Is ESM even still in business?

Hard to say. The (somewhat broken) ESM website still exists, so I suppose the company is still in business. It does seem that all of the vendors carrying their products in the US have either dropped them or closed up shop.

http://www.esmmodel.com/

If you're lucky you might stumble across a shop with one still in stock, but don't expect much in the way of parts support...

ESM has been out of business for a couple years now. Some shops in Europe or Africa still might have one, but not all shops list them as ESM. A few shops in South Africa called them something else
