Dave Platt is still alive and well. See if you can find him. I was in touch with him a while ago but I can't find the information. Dan.

Kevin,

I have a set of plans and instructions in my unfinished Giant Scale Kit I still need. If you can cover the cost I'll go to kinkos and send in a mailing tube?

PM me

I'm just posting this so people stop going down a worm hole here. Dave Plat did not design the Pica 89" P51. It was designed by Jon Tanger. The references here are misleading.

Hi Kevin,
Did you ever get the build instructions for the Pica 1/5th P51?
i have a half built one, but have lost the A4 sheets build instructions. If you still have them could I get a scanned and emailed or posted copy?? I'd naturally pay. All costs
any help would be huge as I'm stuck with out them

regards
Duane

Which part of the instructions do you need. I can scan these and email them. Worse case, mail them.

Hi. The complete set if you can would be awesome
When we moved house a couple years ago I lost them

let me know any costs you incur. I'd like to make sure your tone Etc is compensated

do do you still have your p51? What did you power it with? I'm trying to find enough grunt and keep the engine enclosed in the cowl

Duane

Pm me your info, email and so on. I can copy them tonight and mail them to you. Just handle postage if nessary. Well try email first. Pretty thick instructions.

I just got one off RCgroups, full kit in amazing condition with the spinner and cockpit kit. Looks like the day it left the factory. I'm placing a dle55ra and Sierra gear in her.

She'll be my first kit built Mustang.
