My first three blade hub came from Carl and then I have all of the stock from Wayne in Florida, which I currently produce and I don't have any problem. If you can send some photos with description of the problem maybe we can find out what is going on.

Will you be adding the new props to your website? Facebook sucks.
I have been developing about 12 to 13 new propellers since last winter / spring. They are getting ready to be tested soon. The Solo Propellers do have a max. RPM of 5000. So most static RPM runs should be in the 3500 to 4000 range to keep close to the 5000 RPM when the engine is in the air and un-loads. The new props can be seen on our Facbook page. We are listed as Solo Props, LLC. One of our new props is a ME-109 prop. It fits the Meister Scale model and is sized for a DA-85. That is probably a little small for the 109 mentioned in above posts. Check out the new items on Facebook and let me know what you think!

So all Solo Props have a limit of 5000 RPM? That has not always been the case has it? I have seen many two strokes with Solo Props and they were most certainly turning over 5000 RPM.
