Yes this was very cool. Before everyone freaks out about the 47 being close to the landing aircraft.... this was a demo flight they were the only 3 birds in the sky and the 47 had a wing cam on it. Should have that video soon.

Terry,Ed and crew, Gratz on another successful year of WBOTX. The Monroecrew had a great time and we will be back for sure. Non stop flying and some awesome airplanes...what else could we ask for!Thecraftsmanship on some of the models was incredible!!It was fun hanging withfriends and meeting some new ones along the way. You Texas boys are alright

For those who find nice pictures of their planes, if you click on the image in the album viewer, you get the full resolution image which you can save to your computer. Pictures taken with the Nikon 300s (4288x2848) will make very good prints up to 14"x9" and those taken with the D800 (5520x3680) 18"x12". Those values are for 300dpi prints which look very nice. You can drop to 240dpi and get up to 17"x11" and 23"x15". There will be a little drop off in sharpness, but probably not noticeable.
Everyone enjoy.

Thanks Terry & staff, I had a great time again this year. This is my second time for this event. A lot of beautiful airplanes but more important, some wonderful people. I enjoyed every minute. See you next year!

My coverage article of this year's Warbirds Over Texas went live today. I do want to apologize for the delay in getting it out. Our webmaster had his vacation scheduled for right in the middle of me getting this article out. So I had to wait for him to get back before I could get it out to you all. I hope you enjoy the coverage. I have included over 400 pictures from the event and 48 separate videos from the show. Terry needs to take a bow as he has put together a very outstanding event and has firmly placed himself up there with some of the premier events in the country. I can't wait to be back down there next year to cover again.
