    6v Retract Servo for H9 Hellcat



    Anyone have any suggestions for a 6 volt retract servo for the Hangar 9 F6 Hellcat mechanical retracts?

    the 4.8v servos works pretty well for the rotating gear,if you are using a 6v system you can get the Futaba servo its pricey at 65$ http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXUZF2&P=0 they must have redone the electronics in it because they used to be only for the lower voltage
    also looks like the Hobbico,and Tower servo works for 6.v also now

    Horizon now sells a retract servo that is end-point and speed adjustable. I believe it is the A7000. I have purchase several and am pleased. I have a 6 second retraction/extension cycle. Some posters on another thread have stated problems when the retracts have extra weight added such as Robart legs. Mine have stock wires and work fine.
