Music over the engine sound [X(], as if I'd do that, if you'd waited a few more seconds you'd see that the music is only during the stills the rest is the sound of roaring engines .
give it a go !!.

As a fan of both warbird noise and Pink Floyd I could not have been happier with the video Steff. Thanks!

OK. I have to admit. I thought that the thread was about an RC scale meet. When I started to watch the planes take off, I thought, "WOW. Those guys are really good pilots and their planes are very close to scale. Those models almost look like the real thing." After about thirty seconds, I figured out that the planes are 1:1 scale. Doh!

Great video, You mean that was not Chad flying all those spits.

Our local restored warbirds museum has a F4U-1D in Vf-17 markings, #31. But I have always like the #8 aircraft and now I saw it and I love it even more. Our big air show is just around the corner May 18-20. Virginia Beach.

I need to see it take off! Post more video.

Have some footage of the F4U, may even have a take off, keep an eye out, got a decent amount of footage on most of the warbirds but missed alot as well, was to busy watching.
Cheers Steff.
