1/4 Scale WWII Japanese Auto Gyro
1/4 Scale WWII Japanese Auto Gyro
I just wanted to show a few pictures of what I’ve been building. This is a scratch built model from my own drawings of a Kayaba auto gyro that the Japanese flew during WWII It will be powered by an electric motor and the free spinning rotors blades have a span of 115”. I have a build thread containing almost three hundred photos on the RCG site in the auto gyro section.

Thats very interesting. It looks like a Pitcurn with Feisler Storch landing gear, an American looking pilot and Jap meatballs. I'll bet its going to fly just fine. Good-luck.
