Default ~~(Help)~~ Spring-loaded metal hinges

Hello guys are you. I recently saw some spring-loaded metal hinges on the Cowl flaps Of a build thread on here. I believe it wasn't FW 190 but I cannot remember the build thread that it was on. But they were metal hinges that were slightly U-shaped with a tortion spring already built on the hinge point. I would like to know who is doing the build thread because I want to know what brand of hinges they are Because they are Exactly what I was wanting for my cowl flaps On my build. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks a lot guys

It is a wing nut for a toggle bolt that you find at a good hard ware store like home Depot. Just get the size that will best work for you, there are a few different sizes like 1/4-20 , 3/8 , 1/2 and there are smaller sizes.
